Psalms 56:8 You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.

What beautiful language from David. In the midst of his persecution he realizes that God is not indifferent to his suffering. In fact he says God is so intimately concerned about his sorrow that God tracks it, meticulously capturing every tear in a bottle and recording it all in a journal. This makes us think different when we sing, “Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot hear”. Be encouraged that God has not forgotten you. God loves you so much that every heartache you have ever had has been recorded and meditated on by the Most High.
Lord thank you for caring so much for us that you record our sorrow so that you can multiply our joy accordingly.
